For kids who want a little bit of everything "water", join our 4-day Paddlesports Adventure Camp. Professional instruction coupled with entertaining and experiential games make for a well-rounded four days of paddling activities.

Ages 8 - 15

Tumalo Creek's Paddlesport Adventure Camp is an exciting experience that encompasses stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, whitewater rafting, and kayak sailing.

During the camp, your child will engage in cooperative activities and team building, all while developing a deeper appreciation for the beauty of Central Oregon.

Most days begin at 9 am and finish by 4 pm. On our whitewater rafting day, please anticipate a later finish time, typically between 5-6 pm, due to travel. We make every effort to minimize travel duration, but please be prepared for travel times ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours to and from our activity locations.

Additionally, consider our Kids Whitewater Kayaking Camp, available once a month from June to August. This camp is suitable for all skill levels and designed for ages 10-15, providing another fantastic opportunity for young adventurers.

How big are the camps?

Our kids' camps have a 6 to 1 ratio for kids and instructors with a maximum occupancy of 12 kids per camp.

Are lunches included?

We do not provide lunches for our kids' camps. Please pack your child their lunch and enough snacks to get them through the day.

What should my kid wear?

Please pay attention to the weather and make sure your child is wearing the appropriate clothing to be comfortable for the entire day. Plan for cooler mornings and warmer afternoons. There is also a strong likelihood that your child will go swimming; swimwear, sun protection, sunglasses and water shoes that won't accidentally fall off should be considered.

Is my kid old enough?

Our kids adventure camp is designed for 8–15-year-olds; our whitewater camps are for children 10-16.
