DESCRIPTION:Tumalo Creek’s Holiday Lights Paddle Parade lights up the Deschutes River and the Old Mill District with a magical display of decorated kayaks\, canoes\, and paddleboards.  Join us for this uniquely Bend holiday tradition! \nStarting at 4 p.m. on Friday\, December 13\, paddlers from across Central Oregon will gather at Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe and paddle upriver in a stunning procession of illuminated vessels. If it floats\, you might see it in the Holiday Lights Paddle Parade. \nNon- paddlers can enjoy the spectacle from the Old Mill District footbridge\, celebrating the holiday season with lights\, laughter\, and community spirit.
